Commercial painting is not much different than residential painting

- One of our commercial office paint jobs.
. A good quality commercial paint job should be just as good as a residential paint job if not better in some cases.
Most
Commercial painters
have also done some kind of residential painting one way or another. Houses, condos or apartments all have walls and the same application goes for commercial walls. Generally though in commercial walls you're dealing with larger numbers there is more square footage involved in commercial paint jobs.
In large office buildings were entire floors have been divided up into separate offices connected with long hallways with entry doors to each office. There could be as many as up to 20 or 25 doors per hallway in some cases. Generally most office hallways are the normal height was a T-bar ceiling general between 8 1/2 to 9 1/2 feet high.
Since offices are well used and a lot of traffic goes down the halls and through the doors there is a certain amount of wear and tear on the paint job. People putting their hands on the walls and on the doors is one source of paint discolor and of course if the janitor washes the walls every night then the paint will start wearing down and fading out creating a weak looking paint finish.
And of course also when people rub up against the doors improperly kicked the door in the bottom and so on they end up ruining the doors paint finish also. Their rings on their fingers and their boots will end up scuffing and scratching doors and door frames. And again not to mention that every time the doors cleaned it does eventually dull and ruin the paint job.
Most offices have T-bar ceilings and probably the first time the office hallways were painted for example it was pretty good clean and straight paint job at the ceiling with very nice clean straight lines without touching the grid of the T-bar ceiling. But as time goes on repaint after repaint painters become sloppy and start hitting the T-bar track making it look ugly from paint inaccurate brushing.
We at Mississauga painters paint with care and accuracy. We are not sloppy and follow the previous painters ways. we sand all the surfaces Properly and take care of any holes or dents and cracks. We plastered over them, sand them, paint prime them and then put finish coat on them. We remove all doorknobs and anything else that is screwed on anywhere on the doors or walls to ensure a good clean accurate paint job without getting any paint on the hardware.
